New budget-priced Nexus tablet will be revealed in 2013

According to DigiTimes that the second-generation Nexus 7 may be out as early as the first quarter of 2013, and may involve some participation from O-Film Tech, a company known for manufacturing touchscreen display panels.The customers were attracted by the high-end specifications of the slate, but also by the affordable price.

In October, DigiTimes reported that a new low-priced air mouse keyboard would be produced by Quanta Computer, but has since reversed its prediction after learning that Asus would most likely be the actual manufacturer of the new device.
